Position: Executive- Marketing (04 Positions)
Job Context:
Saic Digital Diagnostic Lab, a growing healthcare service provider under Saic Group, is expanding its operations to reach a wider community with reliable and affordable diagnostic solutions. We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated individuals to join our marketing team and play a key role in achieving our business growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Promote the diagnostic services (pathology, biochemistry, imaging, and health check-ups) to hospitals, clinics, and individual clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, corporate clients, and healthcare professionals to increase referrals and service usage.
• Identify potential business areas and generate new clients to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and ensure consistent presence in assigned territories.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, outdoor promotions, and community health programs.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly visit reports to the line manager.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve marketing strategy.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the lab’s service desk for test collection and report delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the organization’s image during all marketing and client communication activities.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management related to marketing and business development.
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostic marketing will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Must be proactive, disciplined, and customer-focused.
Job Location:
Mirpur-01, Dhaka (Field work may be required within Dhaka City and nearby areas)
Employment Status: Full-time
